Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham & Jet Li in---Expendables 3

Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone) is back again with his incredible  team in Expendables 3, the world’s greatest mercenaries will face one of their deadliest nemesis--- Conrad Stonebanks (Mel Gibson) who Barney thought he killed years ago. Revenge has reared its ugly head and means to extinguish The Expendables.

Conrad and Barney established “The Expendables” together years ago. However, Conrad chose the wrong path when became involved in dealing as a weapons trader. Barney had to eliminate him; however Conrad lived; and now has an agenda, which includes killing Barney and all the team.

Barney’s original team is still with him, and they are: Lee Christmas (Jason Statham), Yin Yang (Jet Li), Gunnar Jensen ( Dolph Lundgren), Hale Caesar ( Terry Crews), Toll Road (Randy Couture) and an old friend of Barney’s  Trench (Arnold Schwarzenegger) drops in to help Barney and the team.

After Barney and his team came in contact with the alive and vengeful Conrad---Barney knew he had to add younger, quicker men with more Hi-Tech knowledge; than the original team. So, the team with years of experience plus the younger savvy team equal the zenith of all teams--- they were ready to rid the world of Conrad Stonebanks.

The younger savvy team: Surgeon (Wesley Snipes), Rapido (Antonio Banderas), Smilee (Kellan Lutz), Luna (Ronda Rousey), Thorn (Glen Powell), Mars (Victor Ortiz) with Bonaparte (Kelsey Grammar), and Max Drummer (Harrison Ford).

This is a magical team and I cannot wait to see the movie “The Expendables 3,” which will premiere August 15, 2014, on Friday---mark your calendars for supreme action, adventure and thrills in this movie----this is over the top with shooting stars.

Force of Execution---Steven Seagal, Danny Trejo and Ving Rhames (2013)

Alexander Coates (Steven Seagal) is the king of crime as he sits on his throne over-seeing his territory given to him as his birthright. However, deep in his thoughts is a desire to get out of the business. Although he has worked hard for his criminal kingdom and all its monetary gains---he wants more, and maybe that more is a normal life with a family.

But it does not matter what he wishes for at the moment because there’s an issue to handle that takes its place. Alexander sends for Roman Hurst ( Bren Foster) his assassin apprentice who’s trained to function and complete assignments given to him. Roman is as skilled in martial arts as Alexander and proves it by his actions.

Alexander cares for Roman who might be the closest to a good friend he has, but he has trained everyone in employment---that each are responsible for their actions. If they do something wrong they accept their punishment. So, when he sends Roman into a prison to assassinate a prisoner he expects the job completed without complications.

Roman fights his way into the prison using all his skills and then some; and, finally finds the mark and kills him. What appeared as a simple assignment to Alexander is a case of mistaken identity for Roman. So, Alexander being the tough dogmatic king of his empire feels that Roman has embarrassed him. Therefore, Roman will suffer the consequences, and since he is the brave silent type he is ready to do so.

Alexander gives Roman over to gangsters for his punishment with a heavy heart maybe. Or--- is he a cruel demented criminal without one? Roman is hurt really bad as they smashed his hands so he cannot use a gun or his skills to defend himself. He hides to heal while he suffers silently in his dark mood. He stays in a room over a business owned and operated by Jimmy Peanuts (Danny Trejo) and, finally Jimmy helps his hands heal. Jimmy is as mean and dangerous as any criminal and will fight for the ones close to his heart.

When the Ice Man (Ving Rhames) hits town and starts to take over Alexander’s kingdom the fireworks begin, and mayhem and chaos become a normal day. The Ice Man is not afraid of Mr. Alexander as he calls him. However, it is never wise to underestimate a seasoned crime lord. And, this is when Alexander jumps into the mix and shows the Ice Man why he is king of his empire.

I cannot wait to get this DVD and it comes out December 17th 2013. Steven Seagal has been one of my favorite action actors for many years. And, like my chosen white wine---he just gets better and better.

Lone Wolf McQuade Starring Chuck Norris

The Lone Wolf—J.J. McQuade (Chuck Norris) is one of my favorite Chuck Norris movies. It is filled with drama, action, adventure and love.

McQuade is a Texas Ranger who works alone and uses his own uniquely practiced skills to bring criminals to justice.  He can shoot straighter than most and he uses his martial arts as second nature---he does not need to think---he just reacts. He believes in justice and sometimes not by the rules of his badge---but he gets the jobs done his way.

Don’t get in his way or harm his family because he will come after anyone who does---and it will not be pleasant. He will not be forced into a fight---nor, will be back down from one.

After handling a gang of horse thieves and bringing the leader in---while saving a group of young Texas Rangers who were following the orders of their leader who lead them into the hands of the gang.

McQuade almost missed his best friend Dakota’s (L.Q. Jones) retirement speech but he makes it in time---dusty and nasty in all his glory. He was talking to Dakota when the Captain walked up and asked him to come to his office.

The reason the Captain wanted him there is to show him what was written in the newspaper about McQuade being a lone wolf---always working alone. The Captain introduce McQuade's new partner to him---Kayo (Robert Beltran) one of the young rangers he saved this morning.

McQuade said no way kid and then he leaves without another word. The Captain told Kayo to stay with him. So the fun begins of having a partner while not acknowledging him.

Kayo goes to McQuade’s home which is an isolated dump---but he likes it. His only pet is a lone wolf he befriended---probably because they were so much alike. This is when Kayo meets the wolf that is guarding McQuade’s house. Kayo runs inside the house as the screen door is unlocked and sees the mess inside the house.

McQuade meets Lola Richardson (Barbara Carrera) and they become involved. The only issue there is a local criminal Rawley Wilkes (David Carradine) is in love with her too. Lola's late husband was Rawley’s partner who he killed for money and her love---and of course she does not know this---yet.

This is a very good movie and I hope you will enjoy the videos and the review.
