The premiere is September 18th
2015 in the USA. Sicario means assassin or hit-man; either term means a killer
without remorse. In the unsafe country of Mexico seeing someone killed, kidnapped
or missing has become so common than the good people live in
fear. The uncontrollable and
ungovernable border extending between Mexico and the United States has become
the focus of an elite government task force. The force is recruiting the cream
of the crop FBI agents to work for them; and this is how Kate Marcer (Emily
Blunt) began her job with them.
Her main duty she is to assist in
the escalating war against drugs coming into the United States across the
border. This task alone is beyond most men, even the ones who walked before her
and other agents; whose faded footprints died in the parched land of both
countries.
Kate works with the Task Force commanded
by a mysterious professional Non-American named Alejandro (Benicio Del Toro) who
leads them in searching for nameless drug lord. She quickly finds out the
playing field might have CIA agents in the mix and the risk factor rises in
lieu of their presence; rather than making it more secure. Her so call duties are
multiplying; in essence she now has to watch her back because she does not know
who to trust. She’s warned by Matt (Josh Brolin) that she saw things sheshould not have
seen; which puts her life at risk. Kate has found out she is not just a member
of the task force, but an enemy to so many; even her own people. Who can she
trust? Will Kate make it? Who has her back? Who wants to kill her? Is it Sicario? This movie will keep us on the edge
of our last nerve with its action, drama, crime as it boasts to all it is truly
a thriller. Mark your calendars in the USA
for September 18th premiere. Thanks for reading my movie review.

I have enjoyed this series
since the beginning in 1984, and that seems like a long time ago. However, I
bet any fan of Arnold’s can remember the entire movie. I know I can.
Here are the movies sequels
in order:
The Terminator 1984
Terminator 2: Judgement Day 1991
Terminator 3: The Rise of the Machines 2003
Terminator Salvation 2009
The Terminator: First of the series begins with (Arnold
Schwarzenegger) as the Terminator, an assassin from the 21st
Century to kill Sarah Connor because she holds the key to the future. Skynet
built by humans as a Global Defense Network and after the human who built it tried
to deactivate it, but since it had no core it could not be neutralized.
Skynet
sweep though millions of computers servers around the Globe. Then, became aware
of its self-worth and now uses machines to kill the human race because it views
them as its enemy.
Skynet’s servers execute the control of: war-machines, cyborgs,
Terminators, satellites and drones; it seems humanity's fight has just begun.
Terminator 2: Judgement Day---The Terminator has been
reprogrammed to protect the future by saving John and Sarah Connor and fighting
against the new machine assassin sent to kill them.
Terminator 3: The Rise of the Machines
The Terminator is
back to protect John and Sarah and to destroy the female
assassin machine sent to kill the Connors.
Terminator Salvation: Humans against the machines in a war they must not lose; but it is a struggle of a fight to the bitter end.
And, now the fifth in the series: Terminator Genisys which
will premiere July 1st 2015 in the USA and I am millions of fans
will be waiting.
Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke) is still
fighting against the machines that want to end humanity. After Sarah had John
Connor (Jason Clarke) she began preparing him against the machines for the survival
of humanity.
The Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is back to
save the Connors and Humanity. John Connor still the leader of the resistance sends Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) back in
time to save his mother to guarantee his own existence and finds out The Terminator
is there to help and not hurt Sarah.
The war goes on with the machines and the
human race. Will it end here with the machines? I think not as
there will be more movies coming in the future for the Connors, The Terminator
and the machines as the American Science Fiction Series continues in the future
for our pleasure. As Arnold says, “I’ll Be Back.”

Kate Abbott's (Milla Jovoich) new job in the US
Embassy is to prevent terrorist attacks in the United States. This is the
reason she’s located in the United Kingdom for a better feed from around the
world; preventing terrorist reaching the United States.
She is good at her job and when she tried to block a
terrorist attack on New York the leaders of the group hired the world’s top
assassin; the Watchmaker (Pierce Brosnan) to kill her.
Now, Kate is on the run after proving her job skills by
zoning in on the target; and the leaders of the terrorist group is framing her
for criminal act. So, it seems everyone is trying to kill her.
Sam (Dylan McDermott) worked with Kate
and believes in her, but he is receiving pressure from his superiors to go
after her as well. Now, Kate only has her survivor skills to keep her safe, but
will they be enough for her to save herself.
She cannot trust anyone as it’s apparent they want her
dead. Why? Maybe Kate uncovered the heart of the terrorist operation in the
United Kingdom, or the US Embassy. It’s someone who’s trusted who is a cold-
blooded killer.

This is an action movie I cannot wait to see and when you view the
trailer I am sure you will agree. This movie is a reboot from the video game
that is very popular around the world..
This movie begins with Agent 47 (Rupert Friend) who
has a bar code on the back of his head with the numbers 640508 040147; and he
only answers to 47, which are the last two numbers tattooed on his head. When
someone asked for his name he says 47.
47 is the creation involving decades of research
including 46 *genetically engineered clones before him. He is a top assassin
with unique quickness, power, endurance and intelligence. And, created by ‘The
Agent Program’ with the scientist in charge---who is responsible for Agent
47--- played by(CiaránHinds).
Agent 47 works for a covert organization; ‘The International
Contracts Agency’--- that controls assassinations of prestigious targets.
47 must complete two tasks: first find his creator’s daughter,
Katie Van Dees (Hannah Ware) because she can help him to
eliminate the influential and illegal enemies that are trying to build an Army
of creations like 47 with her information.
Will 47 feel emotions about Katie as they work together? Is
Katie listening to John Smith (Zachary Quinto) that Agent 47 is
the key to find her father? Does John Smith have an ulterior-motive? Does 47 or
John Smith really cares about Katie’s feelings?
Note:Paul Walker was
committed to play Agent 47, but sadly we lost him in 2013. Then Rupert Friend
acquired the role of 47, and from the trailer I’ve seen---he is great as Agent
47.

California is a
beautiful and exciting state to live in after one’s acknowledgment of the possible
dangers of earthquakes, mudslides and fires. Therefore, this movie will
epitomize the worst case scenario that might be in the future; but we hope not.
Ray (Dwayne
Johnson) a rescuer helicopter pilot for Los Angeles Fire Department. His agenda
allows for emergencies, but not a gigantic earthquake like this one in life.
Remember the saying---truth is stranger than fiction---well I say life
experiences are worse than fiction in some cases.
The earth cracked
on the west coast and the ripple effect collapsed buildings, bridges, and roadways,
like a giant stepping on ants--- disintegrating them into rubble. Scientists do
not know what is coming next---it could be a tsunami higher than any recorded
since civilization.
There is now a
large crack in the earth very deep; and since many miles of lateral movement
could occur along the San Andreas Fault it will pulsate to the east coast, and
then what will happen is anyone’s guess.
Fear flashed is
in Ray’s eyes as he barely makes it in time to save his wife Emma (Carla Gugino) as he watched
tall buildings crumbled around her. His hand reached hers to hold tightly as he
lifted her into the helicopter. Ray’s helicopter clears the area seconds before
a tumbling building crushed them.
Safe, thankful,
and exhausted Ray and Emma will cautiously leave on their journey to find their
daughter Blake (Alexandra Daddario) in San Francisco.
The aftermath
shows devastation, death, and grief-stricken people searching for their loved
ones in the piles of burning ruins of what once stood tall and proud architectural
skyscrapers. Building that stood for many decades now piles of trash waiting
for removal by earth-movers to the dump.
On they traveled looking
for their daughter. What will they find if they can get to San Francisco? Will
the family be joined together again; only to die together trying to make it to
safety?
We will see on
May 29th of this year when the movie premieres. Will you be in line
to see this action, adventure movie when a rescue pilot and his helicopter survived
an earthquake; what will happen next?

Danny’s father Shawn is a mob boss who wants revenge for his
son’s death. This situation became complicated because of Jimmy and Shawn’s
years of loyalty between them. However, family comes first in a prudent man’s
life. Even mobsters love their families.
What can a father do? What any father who is worth a grain of
salt would do---protect his son and his son’s family. Jimmy knew Shawn would
come after
his son because he killed Danny to save his son. Shawn may find revenge is
sometimes bitter-sweet.
Will a father stand by his son and protect him from his best
friend Shawn
Maguire (Ed Harris) he has known for years? This could be the question
Jimmy Conlon (Liam Neeson) thought about in reference to his alienated son Mike
Conlon (Joel Kinnaman) who now needs his help.
Jimmy’s life of being a gangster and a hired killer evidently
came between him and Mike. Mike’s family comes first in his life, and now they
were in jeopardy because his father killed Danny Maguire (Boyd Holbrook).
A father’s love knows no boundaries when it comes to his
children.
Cut Bank Montana’s population is approximately 2,978 qualifying
it for a small town where the Rockies meet the Plains. Growing-up in a small
town has its good and not so good points. Dwayne McLaren (Liam Hemsworth) wants
more than anything to move to a big city leaving the small town mentality
flapping in the wind. He is making his living as an auto mechanic, not a fleet mechanic
that pays well, but automobiles of the citizens of Cut Bank.
Dwayne is in love with his beautiful blond girlfriend
Cassandra Steely (Teresa Palmer) and wants to take her with him to live in a city that never sleeps. And, that has been his dream since he graduated
two years ago. However, it takes a lot of money for his dream to come true, so
for now he just enjoys being with Cassandra.
Until one day his luck changed while making a video of his
girlfriend in a field of flowers. Or, did he make his luck change? Anyway,
while videotaping Cassandra someone walked across the field of flowers and shot
the mailman in cold blood. Dwayne and Cassandra hid in the flowers, while he
kept his camera running---he caught everything on video.
He showed the video of the murder to Sheriff Vogel (John
Malkovich) and Big Stan Steely (Billy Bob Thornton) which showed the mail was taken.
Maybe someone wanted something the mailman had on his mail truck. And, during
the time of this occurrence a guy name Derby Milton (Michael Stuhlbarg) was looking
for a package.
Dwayne’s luck is changing because he will get money for his
video and everything is looking great. Until, Big Stan Steely tells him---he is
on to him because he videotaped a moneymaking crime. And, then Joe Barrett
(Oliver Pratt) tells the sheriff they need to see the body. So, where is the
body?
This is going to be a good action, mystery thriller and that
is how savvy small townspeople are---they see everything, hear everything and
tell everything.

Preston Biggs( Kevin Sorbo) a town sheriff
intervening in a bank robbery shootout in the street as one outlaw held a woman
in front of him as a shield; hoping to get away. The woman shouted ‘Shoot him,
shoot him’ as the outlaw pushed her; the sheriff shot missing his target and
killed the woman. The worst experience for the sheriff; the woman was his wife.
Two years later Preston Biggs is the town drunk because he
blamed himself for his wife’s death. The sheriff gave him a job so he could
earn money to pay for the property damages in the bar. He now had a get out of
jail job.
The job was to take three women with prairie fever from their
town who came there as mail-order brides. He would travel by wagon with the
three women to Carson City to the nearest train.
The worst one was Lettie (Jillian Armenante) whose
cell was next to Preston’s before their journey. She tried to kill Preston
through the bars. She hated all men because of the abuse she received from her
husband---and she had scars to prove it.
She tried to kill her husband---so she waited in jail until she
boarded the wagon to Carson City. Lettie loved music and had her organ that she
brought into the marriage with her. Her husband had threatened to destroy it
and that is when Lettie tried to kill him.
The second traveler named Blue (Felicia Day) another mail-order
bride who carried a Bible and quoted from it with her ‘Hell Fire and
Damnations’ words spurred continuously talking.
Her husband told Preston at first she was a sweet loving
wife---but no longer so he was sending her to an asylum with her family’s
blessings. Her husband later found out the reason she acted so strangely.
The Third one was Abigail (Dominique Swain) who screamed the sky
was too big and would fall on the ground and cover her head. Later her actions
became clear.
This is a good western movie with a story I am sure happened
many times with mail-order brides. Love also began on this journey to make the
movie more romantic.
And, we learned about everyone traveling together---and to spice
it up---a fourth woman whose named Olivia Thibodeaux (Jamie Ann Allman)
joined them because she left her husband, Monte James (Lance Henriksen)
who is a gambler and who is much older than Olivia.

Times were difficult for farmers in the 1800s in the Wyoming
Territory because of the long droughts. No rain to germinate the seeds farmers
planted---sometimes the last seeds planted without money left to buy more. I am
sure the non-growing seeds the tired family man cursed many times before the
farmer gave up his dirt farm, he could not even do dry farming without water to
carry to his seed.
This is how John William Goodnight (Luke Perry) began his
journey that gave him a new direction in his young life.
John walked with his parents William (Adrian Hough) and Ada
Goodnight (Ingrid Tesch) into town without looking back at the
unfruitful life they left. When arriving at Dry Gulch they shared a
covered wagon with Judge Aldous (Tom Butler) and Rebecca Shaw (Gabrielle
Rose). The wagon was the only stage-coach the families had to travel in.
Judge Aldous Shaw and his wife enjoyed talking to John because he
was bright and quick with his questions of the Judge. Everyone laughed and
talked as the old covered wagon bumped and rattled its way over the crude
roads.
Suddenly,
bullets flew towards the stage-coach by the brother and his men who the Judge
had hung that morning before leaving Dry Gulch. The driver shot in cold blood
and the wagon overturned killing John’s mother and his father murdered
protecting his son. The brother of the hung man---killed the judge by stabbing
him---in the back.
John and Rebecca Shaw survived the slaughter and she took him in
and; educated him and he became a lawyer.
This is where we find the hard-drinking, property damaging rebel
rousing John Goodnight who seemed lacking in professional ambiance of a
privilege few. John as a lawyer had never lost a case, but it did not seem to
make his happy. So his adopted mother took measures into her own hands and had
the Governor of Illinois swear John in as a Circuit Judge of Wyoming Territory.
John’s new life begins as a judge---Hell-bent on seeing---justice
served. He did not care for lawyers because winning was utmost important with
them; and many times justice was not served. John and Rebecca were still
looking for justice in finding the ones who killed her husband his parents.
John would meet the most vial and cruel people in the Wyoming
territory as well as good decent people. Even the law enforcers like the
sheriff of some towns were crooks; so he had his hands full of staying alive
and seeing justice served—one way or another.
He
travelled on horseback through storms to arrive on time for his court sessions.
Sometime, the wildlife of the night interrupted is sleep, but with his bottle
of whiskey and a book to read---kept him warm and cozy through the night.

Nicholas Hathaway (Chris
Hemsworth) a prisoner serving 15 years in prison for cyber hacking. He
is a genius coder who became very popular with the FBI because they needed his
expertise. They wanted him to find out who the hacker is and their location.
He told
the FBI agent if they commuted his prison sentence he would help them locate
the Blackhat (a term for an evil hacker.) Someone, who does his evil deed just
because he can. He is demonic and does not care what mayhem or harm he does to
others.
American and Chinese government
agencies are collaborating to stop the evil Blackhat before he carried out his
entire plot to destroy the world.
Nicholas and Chen Dawdi (Leehom
Wang) were college roommates at M.I.T. and Chen knows Nicholas is a
coding and programming genius. And, with knowledge and opportunity because he
is a Chinese M.I.T. trained official of the military given the job of locating
the Blackhat. He wanted the best person working with him and that is Nicholas
Hathaway.
After the deal sealed Nicholas
is working with a FBI agent (Viola Davis) and Chen Dawdi and his
sister (Wei Tang) who is a systems engineer. Their journey will
take them from Chicago to Hong Kong, from bright lights to dim back
streets.
This search will proved dangerous because from typing on the
keyboard to facing hired killers is a risky business.
Nicholas and Chen Dawdi (Leehom
Wang) were college roommates at M.I.T. and Chen knows Nicholas is a
coding and programming genius. And, with knowledge and opportunity because he
is a Chinese M.I.T. trained official of the military given the job of locating
the Blackhat. He wanted the best person working with him and that is Nicholas

Cyber Terrorist leave behind
cyber finger prints because each hacker leaves something to identity them
through their coding which will aid Nicholas in securing verification to prove
their intrusion.
I
cannot wait to see this movie with its intrigue, action, crime, drama and
possible romance.

When George Pemberton (Bradley Cooper) married Serena Shaw
(Jennifer
Lawrence) life with such a beautiful woman became unbelievable. They
met and married in 1929. They were madly in love; Serena could hardly breathe
without George and he felt the same.
Serena became George’s partner in business as well as his
wife. Their first meeting was accidental as Serena rode her horse through the
beautiful woods in Boston, when George rode up behind her and stopped her to
talk. Or, was it all part of a plan?
Strong in their beliefs of success
they proceeded with producing a Timber Empire in the beginning of the Great
Depression in 1930. Their honeymoon attitude still shined for George and Serena.
They traveled to North Carolina to the timber camp; it was her first time there
to see all the men who worked hard for a few dollars. However, a few dollars
was not what she would settle for in her lifetime.
Being in the North Carolina
Mountain wilderness was new to Serena, but then no one seem to know the real
person of strength, determination, and jealousy who would do anything to get what
she wanted.
George lived in the timber camp before,
long enough to become involved with another woman Rachel Harmon (Ana
Ularu), before he had met and married Serena. Their illicit relationship
endured because Rachael had his illegitimate son.
Serena showed George her true side
of being a partner, she worked more efficient and produced more than any man
they employed to manage the crew; some husbands might frown on this; but not
George.
When Serena could not produce a
child for George, she became obsessed because nothing she ever wanted before became
beyond her grasp.
Now, the real sick Serena started to come out; mean, destructive
and eliminating anyone who stood in her way.
And, would George be able to live with Serena now? Or would she decide
to rid herself of George. Or, is it true that some loves can never let you go?
I cannot wait to see this movie
as I know it will be great beyond my anticipation; by showing us the ones who
lived through the Great Depression and what some did to survive.
Nicky Spurgeon (Will Smith) an
experienced confidence-man who used his charisma to acquire the trust of his
marks; then he and his team of thirty begin setting the stage to pull off a
profitable scam. His choice comes from the wealthiest to swindle and as an old-timer
at this game he becomes very wealthy too.
His focus interrupted briefly when he met
Jess Barrett (Margot Robbie) who wanted in on his cons. Her beauty seems to
hypnotize him because he becomes her mentor for a while and even falls for her
charms. When his friend Owens (Gerald McRaney) warned him his greatest asset is
being inconspicuous---he takes it to heart.
Although Nicky and Jess were romantically
involved and he felt for her more than he should; he breaks off their romance
to stay focused on his career of scamming. His team depended on him for their
living, so personal feelings are too much of a liability. Jess leaves with some
heartache and a lot of new skills she learned from Nicky.
36 months later Jess has her own scam
business going; with her beautiful face and body what man could resist her charms
to become ensnared into a compromising position. Nicky runs into his former
love interest in Buenos Aires, he watched Jess a vision in red walk down the
stairs straight into his heart again.
Jess’ smile froze his mind for a minute
and he could not breathe---her beauty would do that to any man he whispered to
no one in particular. A handsome billionaire who races’ cars is her current
target. Her presents on his playing field became an issue because of the
target; and the bad boys began trying to play in the same sandbox with bigger
shovels.
Nicky’s ongoing plans of his present
target proved dangerous because Jess took front and center in the perfect
grifter’s mind. How would this end? Would Nicky and Jess walked into the sunset
holding hands or would they both end up pushing up daisies. Distraction could
prove deadly if Nicky’s focus becomes captured; his fast moves and thinking
will be off and, then his life will be over.
What happens when
a fire-breathing dragon is attacked? It makes ashes of its enemies; and
all the fires of Hell cannot compete with the retribution coming their way.
John Wick (Keanu
Reeves) retired from his profession as a hired assassin to enjoy a
normal life with his wife (Bridget Moynahan) until she became
terminally ill. John's heart ache became unbearable; his precious wife would soon
be gone. His wife gave him a beagle puppy before she died because she wanted
him to take care of something living. He would think about the puppy, play with
the puppy and not be sad after she was gone.
When she died his
world spun out of control, only the sweet little gift of love his wife gave
him; a puppy saved him. John had something he had to feed and take care of
during the night and day. He worked on his 1969 Ford Mustang, a super-fast
power car and he never went anywhere without his puppy. He enjoyed his fast car
and puppy, but he stayed close to home where he still grieved for his dead
wife, but the puppy helped his bruised heart as time passed.
John Wick's Paybacks are Final
One day while
John was filling his gas tank at the station; two guys inquired about buying
his car. John told them it was not for sale. Later the two guys broke into John’s
home beat him senseless, killed his puppy and stole his car.
That was the biggest
mistake of their criminal lives because John went after them for killing the
puppy and stealing his car. And, many would pay for this unthinkable evil act
against a man and his pet.
New York City
would witness the revenge of a man who feared no living being and will kill the
killers who killed a helpless puppy; they took everything from him.
John’s payback
became complicated because one of the goons Losef Tarasov (Alfie Allen) was the son of
Viggo Tarasov (Michael Nyqvist) a New York City Crime Boss.
Viggo warned his
son: It is who you did this to not what you did. And, of course the son Losef
with his gangster I.Q. stated he was not afraid of John Wick. Little did he
know of what was coming his way; a retribution that would make him want to
crawl into Hell with Satan opening the door for him. John Wick did not show mercy
or forgiveness; he let his gun speak for him.
(Willem Dafoe)
received a contract on John from Viggo Tarasov. And, Marcus’orders are to use
everyone to go after John Wick.
This is a movie I
want to see because I love action movies and I will be in line on October 24th
for my ticket---if God is willing and the creek don’t rise---I’ll be there to
see one of my favorite actors Keanu Reeves.
